Would have given a five star rating except for final pick up of vehicle was very disappointing. there were a few things that they agreed to repair prior to picking up van , new tires , charge Ac unit and buff and detail clean inside and out. Tires and Ac were taken care of. We were told our van would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. As we purchased on Sunday prior. Spoke with Chris on Tuesday and tires Ac were all set and buffing and cleaning would be done next day and vehicle would be ready for pick at three pm Wednesday. At two o'clock Wednesday as we were leaving to go to dealership received a phone call that they needed more time to finish cleaning wanted to keep vehicle until Thursday. After having two phone conversations was told it would be ready at 530pm today, we arrived at six pm to pick up vehicle and honestly it looked like someone half a.. Sprayed tire shine on tires and wiped off van with rag ! Inside of van still had coffee that someone had spilled on passenger door, Windows never cleaned, carpets still dirty , ect .... Outside still had dirt and never buffed at all !! Had never even washed prior. I would post picks but site doesn't have place to do this. Staff was great but someone needs needs to have vehicles ready to go when advertising it for sale. More

Patient and Helpful Melissa (in sales) was very affable and patient as I struggled with which model to buy or if I wanted to buy there at all. We looked at the differences in options and prices and took 2 test drives over a few days and with the help of Matthew the Sales Manager we decided. Normally the Manager wouldn't get involved but I was having trouble pulling the trigger and he wanted to know what he could do to make it happen. I felt a little pressure to make a decision but it's probably what I needed at that time. He comprised a little on price and what got it done. Melissa did an effective job coordinating the insurance, registration, and inspection. Melanie in Administration was very thorough and informative in explaining the various options in the car and in getting me started with the new car. I was also introduced to the Service department. All in all, a very good customer experience and I would recommend them to anyone considering a Hyundai. More

Nice, friendly and customer oriented Jason responded very quickly to my inquiry on line. Scott talked to us about what we wanted and helped us to get a lease payment we were happy with. One tire had a nail in it. My issue that knocked it down from excellent was cost. I thought it was a little high but that is my own opinion. Although, I was quoted one price, the actually cost ended up being less so I guess I can't complain to much. Easily would recommend them and will continue to use their service department More
