Salesman was adamant he could do the deal over the phone and just ship the vehicle to me. I asked about any funky smells or anything else I should know and he assured me there was nothing. My wife and I dec and just ship the vehicle to me. I asked about any funky smells or anything else I should know and he assured me there was nothing. My wife and I decided to make the 6 hour drive to test drive the vehicle ourselves and boy were we glad we did. When we got there the vehicle had been attempted to be detailed but there was still dog hair in the vehicle and a “smell”. Upon further inspection there was some rust underneath that wasn’t disclosed before. Then while test driving I noticed the brakes seemed as though it needed the front rotors replaced or turned. It a very disappointing experience. We decided if they would knock some money off the vehicle then we could probably handle the things wrong with it. But you shouldn’t have to worry about spending $500 to do a brake job (that’s just for parts, performed the work myself) or have to clean a vehicle from top to bottom that you have just purchased from a GM dealership. It was very disappointing. Because we wanted the dark grey exterior and black leather interior and it had been very hard to find, we decided to purchase this vehicle. But if there had been other choices out there, believe me, we would have went elsewhere. More
