Bert Branch assisted my husband and me with the purchase of a vehicle on February 18, 2023. This was the first time we interacted with this particular salesperson. We were amazed at how quickly he identified the vehicle that would best meet our needs. Bert treated us with kindness and respect (We are in our 70’s). He carefully listened to us, and made us feel like what we had to say was important and meaningful. He did not rush or push us at all. We felt completely comfortable to either buy on the same day, or postpone our visit to another day. What we particularly appreciated was how well Bert explained the vehicle’s design, safety and technical details. His explanations were easy to understand and to remember. It was also enjoyable to share military stories with him, as Bert is a former Navy Seal. He has led a fascinating life! My husband and I are also US military veterans.
