I found the folks at Country Chevrolet to be friendly and informative. I was looking for a small car, and had a lot of questions. Each was answered thoroughly. I am not clear on why the other reviewers on this site had such issues years ago. The staff and selection at Country are just top notch. They walked me through the buying process . I had a very specific payment I needed and they helped me get the most bang for my buck. My impala looks great was checked out through the service department and cleaned and full tank of gas before I left. They have free loaner cars in service even for use car customers!!! A fleet of 40! I will definately recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Country Chevrolet More
Tried to buy a new car from these people but they returned one of my emails and exactly one phone call. Seemed friendly etc in the store, but did absolutely NOTHING to try to seal the deal. Wasn't expecting to be treated like a KING but come on, I'm going to be spending a lot of money at your place, the LEAST you could do is ACT like you're interested in my business. Oh well, in the end I guess you weren't, since I went elsewhere, and bought from a dealer that cared. Never going back to Country and suggest you think it through before you go also. Country must be doing VERY WELL to not give a hoot about communicating with perspective buyers. More

i am writing this to let the buyers know to beware of country chevrolet, THEY ARE CROOKS! I purchased a 07 equinox in febuary 2010 and it is turning out to be the worst decision i have ever made. when i country chevrolet, THEY ARE CROOKS! I purchased a 07 equinox in febuary 2010 and it is turning out to be the worst decision i have ever made. when i purchased the vehicle it was almost dark so i couldnt really look the car over, lesson one: dont rely on the salesman to properly inform u on the condition of your vehicle. the next morning i went out to look at the vehicle only to notice the headlight had moisture inside the lens. i purchased the $1800 extended warrany and i was told that the headlight is not covered under warranty. so after pulling some teeth i finally got them to agree to fix it. and trying to get a appointment set up was a hassle. person in service dept. would never return my phone calls to set up the appointment so i called and left a rude message and she finally called me back and told me that she didnt appreciate the message because she had called me like 12 times but never left me a message. called me 12 times and never left a message. let it be known that the phone records never showed that happening. and to show how childish they are after they fixed the headlight on the ticket she had to put on there that she called me 12 times. to add insult to injury the great mechanics at COUNTRY CHEVROLET, when the headlight was fixed, they left a screwdriver under the hood. it was a broken screwdriver, if they didnt want it anymore they could have thrown it away not leave it under my hood to fall down in the engine. and i still have the screwdriver. i also went to use the jack to do some work and there is no lug wrench which is also the thing u use to jack the vehicle up! ladies and gentlemen thats not all! the tires were less than new by a long shot, except for one tire. i tried to get that taken care of and the salesman(you know who u are), the honest salesman(ha), told me that that was not something that could be done because it would have to be added into the sales price or come out of his commission, and needless to say i had already purchased the vehicle. he was not about to come off his comission. thanks alot BEN GREER. and while we are on the subject of honesty(or lack thereof) i noticed some body work had been done to rear bumper and no one at COUNTRY CHEVROLET offered to give that info prior to me purchasing the vehicle. not to mention all the other cosmetic blemishes. i have emailed COUNTRY CHEVROLETS owner about my concerns with the vehicle twice and i have not heard a peep from anyone at COUNTRY CHEVROLET. I guess what they say is true, a dealership is only as good the person who owns it. and apparently this owner isnt hittin on much. i got a letter from him about 2 months after buying and it refered to me as a loyal customer or something like that, what a crock! i would like to thank the owner and all of his croonies at COUNTRY CHEVROLET for such a wonderful car buying experience. you give warrenton a bad name. i am gonna do whatever it takes to get this resolved, whether its the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU or get a lawyer involved or both. just to let everyone know that there is more wrong than this i just feel like i have already wasted too much of my time on this worry free car buying experience. To whom it may concern, I purchased my 2004 Chevrolet truck from what I thought was a respectable Dealership.My experience with purchasing the vehicle was fine, no problems.The problem started when I pur truck from what I thought was a respectable Dealership.My experience with purchasing the vehicle was fine, no problems.The problem started when I purchased my extended warranty.I was told when I purchased the warranty it was the top of the line.I was charged almost $2000.00 for the warranty that I would later learn wasn't as good as the paper it was written on.The dealership incorrectly filled out the paper work not allowing me to have the extent of the full benefits of the warranty.After trying to work with the dealership and the warranty company to correct this issue. The dealership left me choice but to notify the Better Business Bureu.The dealership still finds excuses not to correct there mistakes. Please be advised this is NOT your hometown dealership. They are only out to make money. More
This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. It was an on-line purchase of a new 2007 Tahoe and we got it for a fantastic price, plus they delivered it to our house! Everything was done by e-mail and fax and we signed the paperwork when the car was delivered.
