I explained my situation, what I wanted and the price range I wanted to stay in. He showed me the vehicle types I was interested in and ones in my range. He was knowledgeable, polite and responsive. He as well as the rest of the team there really took care of me. I told them I didn’t want to be there all day or play games and they did a great job. I got there a little before 10 and was out of there before 1 which was impressive considering any other dealership I’ve ended up spending at least 4hrs at. Even after my purchase Glen has checked in to make sure things were good and has helped with any other questions/concerns I’ve had. Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve had so far. They will be my first option in the future for sure. More

It began with walking around the lot and just looking, which was my original thought. Luckily I was not approached right away which is the usual custom on a car dealer's lot, and only when I had an opportunity to wander and look did I make the way towards the showroom and was greeted by Glenn Thomson (Sales Rep.). Glenn was professional in asking if I had a particular model in mind that he could provide assist on, or a specific vehicle I wished to test drive, and he was extremely knowledgeable on various models by providing not only the pluses but minuses on each. Glenn allowed me adequate time and opportunity to review features and drive several vehicles. He was refreshingly non-pushy and allowed me to change my mind a number of times on selections. Brian McClain (Sales Mgr.) took time to understand my bottom-line purchase requirements, provided optional approaches to accommodate my bottom-line, and facilitated the final purchase price to satisfy my mind and wallet. I have found in my vehicle purchase experience over the years that Sales Managers are the most difficult to deal with. This was the total opposite of my negotiation with Brian and I appreciated his honesty and efforts to what I truly feel he offered on ensuring I received the best purchase price for the vehicle. Sam Zaher (Finance Mgr.) expedited the financial process of my purchase and was extremely thorough on after market options. As a resident of Warrenton in Fauquier County, I drove off the lot as a satisfied customer and wondered why I had purchased vehicles in Fairfax and Prince Wm. counties in the past but had never purchased a vehicle at Country Chevrolet before? Never again. I plan on being a loyal customer of Country Chevrolet from now on and look forward to establishing a rewarding ownership and service relationship with them. Completely worth the drive! Spent most of our day with Kevin Smith and it couldn’t of went better!
