He assured me that the process would be different from this dealership. From there, I was introduced to Sales Associate, Luke Kersey, who along with Daryl took on the difficult task of finding just the right vehicle. Then entered Sales Manager, Steve Myers, who along with the other gentleman, made me feel like a family member. NO exaggeration! Through a process clouded by outside issues (Pandemics etc.), They never wavered in their determination to get me in my new car. After the long process we got it done. I hadn't planned to leave Country Chevrolet with a vehicle when I arrived. I planned to look around and maybe do some test drives. I considered the truck to be very reasonably priced, quite a bit less than similar trucks in the Richmond area so it was well worth my time to make the drive. Payment process was fast, simple and though I was offered an extended warranty which I declined I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to pressure me into purchasing that or anything else. I can only hope the owning and driving experience go as smooth as the sales portion. More
