I went in there with the intention of buying a truck for myself an SUV for my fiancé and us. I was greeted immediately by two salesman and directed to Eddie, who would help me out. Eddie was knowledgeable about the trucks that would fit what I was looking for in terms of price, mileage, and options. The first truck he pulled for me to test was actually the right fit and I ended up purchasing it. He sat down with us and found us a brand new Traverse that would fit our monthly payment maximum that we felt comfortable paying. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the process and working within a budget; and did what I took to get us what we needed for our family. A week after driving the truck, a check engine light came on and it was shifting funny. Eddie arranged for me to have a loaner (typically only provided for brand new purchases) and had my truck in the service department in days. They found a bad sensor and while it was in there replaced a brake booster that was a recall. All this was done in days, and my truck is driving great again. I paid nothing for all of this. Eddie made sure that we were taken care of and he went the extra mile to do so. We have now purchased 4 vehicles from Country Chevrolet and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to make something work with your budget. More

I wanted to give a big shout out to my sales rep, Luke Kersey and Dustin Hott (Finance man) for going above and beyond with my purchase of a 2021 Traverse. I came in with demands and a poker face and no matter what I said with my direct demands and responses, they still treated me professional and with courtesy. (Had a bad week dealing with other dealers who weren't even close to these two guys). I always try and give other dealerships my business but they never negotiate or treat me and my wife with the respect and professionalism that Luke and Dustin did. My wife thought they would turn me away but they exceeded my expectations with the new deal and rate. I can actually say, they fought for better terms and conditions whereas most dealers would not have. Great job and I will never cheat on Country Chevrolet again!
