Overall the experience was good. Kirk spent a lot of time showing us vehicles and there was no pressure. My only issue is that the used truck we purchased only had 1 key fob. That is ok but nobody told us that until we went to pick up the vehicle. It's just another $300 to get another. Kirk was out the day we picked up the vehicle.
