Very poor service. Took in vehicle for some lights and couldn’t work with the extended company to get them fixed. They were able to charge me $1100 for brakes though. Mike Rios was the service advisor and was less than helpful. Lazy poor service. Do not recommend. Update - Spencer called promising the world. Agreed the service was poor and that’s not how customer service should be handled. I told them I would be available the week of June 3rd to have the car fixed. Well, today is June 24th and still haven’t received a call, text or email. They really seemed to care, but I think it’s only because I left an honest review. Stay away from this dealership. More
Toby kept me advised of where we were in the process of our services. Got us an Uber Ride to and from a nearby Mall as our service was combined with our 30,000 mile service. I feel they overcharge for service, at least as compared to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for un to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for under $20, even the official Infiniti parts are less than $25 each. I was quoted $50 each for two, and $20 labor. I probably shouldn't have blamed the tech, so I changed my rating for him. He did get back to me right away when I had questions. More
