Trust the negative reviews and go elsewhere. I've been nothing but nice and patient now that has run out. 1- buying experience was ok. Although I had my own financing secured they talked me int I've been nothing but nice and patient now that has run out. 1- buying experience was ok. Although I had my own financing secured they talked me into allowing them to try to beat my deal. Numerous credit inquiries later- they could not beat my deal as I originally stated and they wouldn't remove the inquiries although they could have. 2- Stopped in for a car wash. They did a half a#$ job and STOLE my phone charger. I was so livid I didn't even go back in or it wouldn't have been pretty. 3- Went in for an oil change. 3 hours later, yes THREE HOURS later, they returned my car to me barely cleaned, not vacuumed, xxxx poor job. 4- Went back in for dashboard rattling they said they didn't have time for on oil change day. They gave me a loaner. It was filthy! Granted it had rained the day before but this was late afternoon so they had all day to have it ready. Waited over half an hour for them to wash the loaner. 5- When I returned after they said they fixed the rattling they had not cleaned my car or replaced my gas. PLUS the car was making a NEW rattle. They put me back in the loaner. 6- Called me back said it was fixed. Went back and my tank had LESS THAN ZERO miles til empty and was dirty in and out! Guess what- STILL RATTLING!! Rudy and Henry rode around with me to try to pin point the issue. They decided my entire center console needed to be replaced, door panels too loose, trunk panel looser than it should be, etc. Before leaving in the loaner AGAIN, I asked Henry the manager to ensure they properly clean my car and put gas in it. Don't expect customers to replace gas in loaners when you don't do the same!! 7- They said the car was ready late yesterday so this morning I texted Scott the service advisor that I was headed that way and to, again, make sure they replaced my gas and cleaned my car inside and out like they're supposed to. 8- I showed up to pick up my car- LESS THAN ZERO MILES TIL EMPTY, FILTHY GREASY FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER, DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT AND STILL RATTLING!! Scott told the guy to go put half tank in (while I wait) but he came back with 1/4 tank!!! I have NEVER experienced such poor service at any other so called luxury dealership or any other! Upon reading the reviews it's obvious I'm not the only one whom they've stolen items from or returned an empty and dirty car to. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!! More

I have worked with Scott in the service department for many years. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care of my car. Since my husband passed away several years ago, he takes the extra time to exp many years. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care of my car. Since my husband passed away several years ago, he takes the extra time to explain all recommended services thoroughly and I never feel he is trying to get me to perform unnecessary repairs. It is very convenient to reserve a loaner car and I have never had a negative service experience with Scott. I will most likely purchase another Infiniti because of his fantastic customer service.
