WOW! walked in to have one vehicle serviced and left buying a second used car. we bought our first 2011 escalade here with Dan Ferguson. and this second one with Sunday Etukeren. both experiences wit buying a second used car. we bought our first 2011 escalade here with Dan Ferguson. and this second one with Sunday Etukeren. both experiences with no pressure. every one was extremely accommodating. While waiting for our car to be serviced we looked at a few used cars and found this very clean 2008 cadillac SRX with low milage. i was looking for my sister a car she wouldn't have to worry about. this was it. within a few minutes we agreed on a price and an extended warranty package and a payment plan to boot. Keri helped us pick out a good plan. not only is she good looking, she knows her stuff too. not much more than an hour later we drove away with both vehicles. however the tires on the SRX made quite a noise and got worse as we drove, so drove it back to the service. 3 of the tires had broken down inside and were making loud thumping noises. probably would not last long before they blew out. We knew the car was used and tires are not part of the warranty, but between Sunday, Angie and the service manager they agreed to replace all 4 at no cost to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience when buying new or used or servicing a vehicle. we are looking forward to trading our Lexus hybrid for a beautiful new SUV cadillac. because we know we will get one heck of a good deal and service we can rely on. I have driven numerous different makes & models of cars and have dealt with alot of service departments. I can't think of a instance when it has been any more enjoyable than my recent experiences with cars and have dealt with alot of service departments. I can't think of a instance when it has been any more enjoyable than my recent experiences with Coulter Motors. I had to have some service work done on my 2010 Cadillac CTS and Russell Moore took care of my service needs. Mr. Moore was very courteous and professional and efficient. I live in Tempe and the body shop is in Phoenix and Mr. Moore completed my work in 1 day and without me having to take my car to Phoenix or go to Phoenix to pick it up.
