I was in the market for a 4WD Sierra SLT with the SLT Premium Package. We met with him that afternoon, and took a beautiful Sierra for a test drive. After the drive we easily spent another 45 minutes looking at other vehicles and comparing trims. John was there every step of the way explaining differences and answering our questions. I asked if I could this this vehicle with a certain sets of wheels I saw on the lot, and he made it happen! Delivery was a breeze! Great buying experience with John and the staff at Coulter. More

Both were even more helpful when it came to figuring out all the bells and whistles this Terrain was equipped with. Being an old fart used to driving something with nothing more than basic creature comforts and a 5 speed they helped me to understand all the new high tech features and touch screen instrument. If had tried to figure all this out on my own I would probably still be sitting in the dealership parking lot. All I can tell the reader is you will not be disappointed in the service you receive here. More
