When I saw an SUV we were interested in at another dealership Referred by Jim Wright, parts mgr at Coulter Phoenix, to Brian Castonguay, used car mgr. When I saw an SUV we were interested in at another dealership, he hooked us up with the used car mgr there, Tim Cambier, who introduced us to John Skoko, a very experienced and low-pressure salesman. Received excellent help in showing us how this vehicle met our towing needs and much more (bells and whistles on GM trucks these days being amazing!). We purchased this low-mileage 3-yr-old GMC Yukon SLE from John that night, and also received great service from their knowledgeable credit manager (we'd had multiple ID thefts), who found us a loan after closing hours. From test drive to heading home in our new luxury SUV, it was the most stress-free dealership experience either of us ever had. Their follow-up has been wonderful, too. More

The only minor issue was with the add ins that seemed a bit pricey. Nitrogen and etching came to over $500.00 which seemed to offset some of the lower cost of the car. Overall my wife and I had a smooth buying process and are happy with our purchase. More
