I had to have some service work done on my 2010 Cadillac CTS and Russell Moore took care of my service needs. Mr. Moore was very courteous and professional and efficient. Buying a car at Coulter Tempe was about the easiest most pleasant experience I have ever had. They found me the right car at the right price. More importantly they were straightforward and honest throughout the whole process. Quotes I had gotten at other places, which sounded too good to be true....turned out to be outright lies. My salesperson at Coulter told me what would happen, that when I got to the other dealer they would claim there was a mistake or the car sold, or I misunderstood what they told me. Sure enough he was right. The other dealer couldn't do the price they quoted. Coulter was upfront and nothing changed from the quote I was given. Honesty is something I appreciate immensely. If you want a straightforward, honest deal....go to Coulter Tempe. We love our Acadia and we love the service before and after the sale we got from Coulter. More
Terrible Service... Sales Rep physically threatened me. I get out of my car and I ask a gentlemen who was locking the car doors to leave one open for five minutes so I can have a look inside. He smirked at me, acknowledging he heard me and then proceeded to lock the car door. I then got out of my car and proceeded to walk over to the car and peer inside, I was a little upset that he blatantly locked the car door so I shook my head and mumbled, "What a jerk." Just then he literally runs about 20 feet and comes up to me and says WHAT!, What did you say- meanwhile now he was no more then three inches in front of me. I then told the agent he needed to back up and get out of my face. He then cocked his sideways and said, What are you going to do? I don't have to do anything! As the agent was screaming at me, a sales rep came running out because of the commotion and stepped in between me and the outraged individual. I am told then I need to leave and I have to go, as I laugh and say I'll be calling your manager about this, the outraged agent who was in my face has the audacity to say, "HA, get out of here with your little Dodge Stratus." So, not only was I disrespected, but I was made fun of about the car I drive. I have never felt more disrespected and humiliated in my life. This dealership is a terrible place and I suggest one should consider going here because apparently the agents are hostile and want to fight with the customers that pay their paycheck and apparently if you drive anything other then a Cadillac you are made fun of. More
My salesman John Skoko quoted me a price on a 2011 SRX which was only a few dollars over the "Friends & Suppliers" price I finally received. No pressure to buy. Shop Foreman Scott Baldassini went above and beyond to find and fix the problem of my wife's cell phone not conecting with Bluetooth. The entire sales process was hassle free with no pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need. This was the first stress free car buying experience I have ever had. More
This dealership by far the best dealership we have ever purchased from or had cars serviced with. We have had 4 cars serviced and 2 new cars purchased and more new cars to come. The employees at this dealership are the friendliest and honest people I have ever dealt with and even after contracts are signed, the customer service remains just as good. The service department is the best we have ever dealt with. We have purchased other cars in the past at other dealerships but still went to Coulter to have our warranty work done and remained with them after warrenty had expired. They can be trusted and are willing to work with customers and meet their wishes and are not afraid to bend over backwards to accomadate the customers. I highly recommend Coulter for purchasing or servicing a car. Coulter is only 1 of a handful of dealerships in Arizona that you wont find negative blogs or webstes that denote a negative tone about a dealership. Nice job Coulter! More

Since my purchase I have been to the dealership twice to have normal service done. They are very friendly and helpful. They clean my new Denali before they return it to me. Excellent service. More
