EXPERIENCE IS THE DIFFERENCE In many ways, the evolution of the Coulter Automotive Group is the story of the growth and prosperity of the Greater Phoenix area. Four years after the Grand Canyon National Park was founded, C.W. Coulter became a partner in Snow and Tufts, an Oldsmobile/LaSalle dealership located at 320 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. By 1926, slightly more than a decade after the Arizona Territory became a state, the dealership was renamed Coulter Motor Company, forming the rock on which our reputation was founded.

We ordered a mirror for the customer and it required paint. We took a non-refundable deposit to paint the mirror to match the customer's vehicle. I'm not sure where the communication went bad. Customer filed a credit card dispute which we won. Our dealership was doing everything to accommodate the customer. Some people are just never satisfied.

Again Johnny lied and said he contacted me to schedule which never happened. During this is time I had just lost my grandmother and he new how important it was for this to be completed when family came in and I would need my vehicle, but again he dropped the ball and lied. Based on what he told the credit card company and why they denied my claim because he LIED. JOHNNY IS THE WORST SERVICE PERSON IVE EVER DELT WITH.

All of our dealer adds are clearly marked on our website. We list our vehicles well below market value even with the dealer adds that really enhance the value of each vehicle. We charge add-ons to every vehicle and without exception, everyone pays the same. We take pride in the way that we do business and have been a respected dealer here in the valley for 100 years.

I made a deal on the phone with Eric the salesman. Not on your website. They are not clearly marked on your website. Nothing was mentioned in our phone conversation/deal about your worthless markups. You obviously were not on our phone conversation. You didn't honor the deal we had. Don't make it worse by trying to make it my fault.

We did all that we could do. The battery went dead. Batteries are very difficult to determine when they will fail. We provided roadside assistance to this customer.

Working with Peter Worth was a pleasant experience. With our past experiences buying a vehicle was a very long and dragged drawn out ordeal. First and foremost, Peter showed us the respect and care for our needs and not just looking at us as a dollar sign. We told him what we were looking for in our price range and was helpful in making that happen.
