Excellent Service and No-Pressure (Sales Rep Alan Harwell) I owned a GMC Yukon for 16 years and began my search at GMC for obvious reasons. Alan took the time to explain the different Acadias available and did not pressure me to purchase that day. Needless to say, I returned the following day and purchased my 2017 Acadia Limited. It was recently time to replace our 2009 with new 2016 Luxury Cadillac Escalade - John Skoko and Chris Block + entire team @ Coulter were tremendous through entire process. We were in and out - start to finish in less time that it takes to bake an apple pie. This was beyond impressive considering that we were turning in old vehicle and acquiring new vehicle! Bad experience We purchased a new car from this dealership recently. The car has been back to the service dept several times for ongoing and different issues. The communication was horrible with the service adviser. Left messages for the GM with no return phone calls. These people didn't want to be bothered and didn't seem concerned about the ongoing issues. After getting my car back this last time I choose to go else where to have the issues corrected properly More
