He was the most outstanding salesmen I have dealt with in Arizona. He provided excellent customer service, with no pressure and went above and beyond to follow up with me and provide me a great experience. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, but during the haggling process he was not pushy. He didn't try anything shady and was very honest. Ultimately the car was over my budget, it was nothing Coulter or Joe could have done. I would go back to Coulter if I knew that Joe was going to be the one helping me out. For the first time I have nothing bad to say about a dealer or a car salesman and that is pretty rare! Thanks for your help Joe! More
