In many ways, the evolution of the Coulter Automotive Group is the story of the growth and prosperity of the Greater Phoenix area. Four years after the Grand Canyon National Park was founded, C.W. Coulter became a partner in Snow and Tufts, an Oldsmobile/LaSalle dealership located at 320 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. By 1926, slightly more than a decade after the Arizona Territory became a state, the dealership was renamed Coulter Motor Company, forming the rock on which our reputation was founded.

Smooth, Simple shoping experience John went out of his way to educate my wife and I on the features of this SRX, as well as to do the homework on a couple of others that seemed of inte John went out of his way to educate my wife and I on the features of this SRX, as well as to do the homework on a couple of others that seemed of interest to me. As it turned out, the others were coming off rental duty, and were not as fully featured as our 2014 SRX. The proicess was simple and not pressured. Made for an enjoyable experience for both my wife and I. John had the vehicle set up with our Onstar and Serius Radio so the delivery process went smoothly. He also sent some video feeds to explain some other features for our reference going forward. Brian worke hard to get us the best finance rate possible, making our payment less that the advertised interest rate available. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. More

2015 Cadillac SRX. Sapphire Blue Metallic Nathan was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac. This is our first Caddy and we are very excited about owning one. Service Ripoff Several weeks ago my water pump went out in my 2010 Cadillac CTS. I had my car serviced at this location a year ago and was completed ripped off but Several weeks ago my water pump went out in my 2010 Cadillac CTS. I had my car serviced at this location a year ago and was completed ripped off but clearly I did not learn my lesson. However, after this experience I will never go back!!! I called and made an apt with Angie the service manager for a Saturday morning. She was friendly and told me they will look into and call me back. My Dad who had previously been a mechanic, said the water pump should be $100.00-$150.00 and then a few hours of labor. He thought it would cost between $300.00-$500.00 MAX! However, Angie called and told me it was be over $950.00 (this includes 140 just to run the diagnostic which I agreed to ) but that means the water pump and labor was over $800.00. I told her that was absolutely crazy and I wanted to call around. I made some calls and found a reputable shop that put in an AC Delco water pump and labor for $308.00 tax included. When I called and told Angie that I wanted an AC Delco, not a GM waterpump, she told they do not use 3rd party or after market parts GM parts only....REALLY? That is funny because I called several other Cadillac dealerships and they quoted me with a GM part and an AC Delco part. After reading many reviews it appears this is a common theme in their service dept. I will never go back and I would discourage others unless you have unlimited funds and money is not an option. Needless to say, shopping around instead of just letting them try to pressure you into something I was able to save $508.00. More
