I saw one on line from Coulter and called them, from the very first moment my experience was great, but just got better when dealing with Luis Gutierrez, he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire sale, as was every one else that we dealt with at Coulter Tempe. We bought it from the details & pictures on the web site, they even gave me a very fair price on my trade in, sight unseen and the whole deal was put together over the phone and FedEx. We pick it up when we get home in Aug!! I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Great experience! I found the vehicle I wanted online with internet pricing. I also set an appointment online to see the car. Chris Delara met me the first day and showed me the vehicles I was interested in. I told them I needed to show the vehicle to my wife before I committed. Chris exerted no pressure to make a decision that day and told me to come back when I was ready. While re-looking at their inventory I found another vehicle that matched everything I was looking for including color and interior. Chris was off the next day but he arranged for me to meet with Alan Harwell. Alan had the vehicle I wanted ready for me to look at and test drive. I committed to a deal with pickup the next day. Chris finished the transaction and demonstrated all the bells & whistles to me. Brian Peck was also great in the finance department. I can't be happier with the vehicle and the whole experience. Would buy from them again. More

Great sense of humor and made the financial paperwork a breeze. Both very nice people to deal with so I would suggest you ask for them. Coulter in Tempe is where my husband purchased his GMC truck, we came back and were not disappointed. I wanted to go to a dealership close to home, it is an added bonus that they are wonderful to work with. More
