Boyfriend and I had been shopping for a car the whole day on 12-12-13, and our last stop was the Toyota dealers in Heath. We were looking for a minivan and Joby Wells came to assist us. He was very courteous and professional and didn't pressure us to buy anything. We went inside the showroom to discuss the Kia Sedona that we were considering purchasing. He provided us coffee and then went to his boss with an offer we were proposing. He came back and said congratulations, you just bought the car! He later put gas in the vehicle, washed it, put the car mats in the Kia, and put the plates on the car. Overall, this was the best experience we had with any dealership. Joby Wells represents the Toyota dealership in Heath, Ohio very well. A big Thank-You Joby Wells for making our visit a most pleasurable one indeed!!! More
Coughlin Toyota caught my attention on the internet but it was Ben Parks' professionalism and attention to customer service that caused me to drive 110 miles to Heath to buy my vehicle. In my 51 years I have never felt motivated enough to write a review good or bad on a car dealer or any other retailer. That changed with my most recent purchase from Tyler Workman and Coughlin Toyota. For the record I dislike the car buying process. However, Coughlin and Tyler may have changed that mind set. I have very limited time due to the demands of my job and for this reason I am only able to shop on the weekends. Several months ago my wife and I decided to replace my 2001 Toyota 4Runner limited. Over the course of several weekends we made the trek to all the Columbus dealers and even contacted a Cincinnati dealer. We were under whelmed by most of the sales people we met and were taken back by the inaccurate and in some cases blatant mis information being given in an effort to sell us a car. At one point we were so frustrated with the "bad" and contradicting information that we stopped shopping for a car for about a month and a half. Most of the dealers and sales people were only interested in moving a car they had in inventory. We wanted a 4Runner w/o a 3rd row seat. We were looking seriously at the Limiteds and most all Limited inventory in Columbus and Delaware came with a 3rd row seat. Until we decided to make a 45 minute drive to Couglin Toyota where we met Tyler Workman we had no idea that a Limited without a 3rd row seat could be located and transferred to the dealership for purchase. Tyler worked very had to find us the right 4Runner. In the end we determined that a 4Runner trail Edition would best meet our needs. Tyler immediately went to work to find us exactly what we wanted. No other dealer took the time to "listen" to what our needs were and how we would use the vehicle and then find a vehicle that would meet our needs. Tyler did that. When it came to pricing there were no games played. Full transparency in the price and how the price was determined. In the end our new 4runner Trail Edition was found, transferred to Coughlin, and the agreed purchase price was the price we paid. Tyler is one of the most professional sales professionals I have ever done business with. I have shared my experience with my family, friends, and work associates. I have high expectations and it takes a lot meet those expectations let alone exceed them. Tyler Workman and the Coughlin Toyota team did just that. Sincerely Matt & Sheila Sutton More

I have not had the pleasure of meeting either one of you, but wanted to take a moment to tell you about my recent experience Gentlemen, Good morning! I have not had the pleasure of meeting either one of you, but wanted to take a moment to tell you about my recent experience at your new Toyota facility. I’m 29 years old and have been in sales for the last 8 years and the majority of positions I have held have been in management and I understand that typically when we hear from a customer it is going to be a complaint, this is definitely not the case. The professionalism that Tyler and Charlie displayed should not go without recognition. My wife and I had done plenty of research and decided that a Toyota 4-Runner was without a doubt the car for our family. My wife decided on a particular color (Blizzard White) and package (Limited), so the search was on. When searching Autotrader.com we found a couple vehicles that matched what we wanted. One issue is that the vehicle you guys had available did not show in our initial search. We made a last minute decision yesterday to drive to Columbus after talking to a gentleman on the phone to purchase one they had available. I wanted to make my wife happy but one problem I had is the salesman showed little interest/belief that we were coming but we agreed to a deal over the phone before I made the 2 hour drive. As we are driving up and discussing the car purchase my wife was searching 4-Runners on her Iphone and your vehicle popped up. We had already passed your exit by about 15 minutes at this point. We tried calling and did not get an answer and found on the website you guys were closed. With-in 5 minutes Tyler was calling us, apologizing that he had missed our call and wanted to know what he could do for us. As a salesman myself, I appreciated the callback and the enthusiasm that Tyler displayed and could immediately tell this is someone that I wanted to work with. I explained our situation to Tyler and stated I was ready to buy and wished you were open because my wife preferred the tan leather interior over the black and to be blatantly honest I could tell Tyler was taking the matter seriously. I explained the deal I was going for in Columbus and he stated he would do whatever possible to make the same deal if not do us one better. He stated they were actually open but they closed at 4 and then proceeded to tell me that his Manager Charlie was still there and would wait for us to get there to get the ball rolling, it was already 4:35. I had developed trust with Tyler within a 5 minute phone conversation. I immediately got off the exit and started back tracking to your location. I failed to mention Tyler was taking my phone call while he was off, on the lake with his wife and child. If that is not determination and dedication, I’m not really sure what is. Tyler then called us back and said they would make things happen and he would even come to work and meet us there….WOW! When arriving at the location I began working with Charlie until Tyler showed up. It was a quick easy process. Not only did I appreciate the professionalism and eagerness to make a sale, I appreciated the fact of being taken seriously and not being profiled for being young and not able to afford something. So the purpose of this email is to tell you what I’m sure you already know. Tyler and Charlie are outstanding employees and at times in business little things can be overlooked or underappreciated. You should be proud they are on your team. Great employees like these gentlemen are what keep your business going for years to come. You have gained a new customer and I have already sung your praises to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you again for making this purchase an enjoyable one.
