When my wife and I decided to purchase from Seth, he got everything ready to go within a few minutes. He handed us off to Jackson from their Finance Dept and we were floored again but how friendly and professional the staff is. Jackson walked us through the warranty options and paperwork (again with no pressure whatsoever), and did an incredible job of informing us of our options without pushing us to make a decision before we were ready. Once we were finished signing all the necessary paperwork, Jackson folded everything up for us in a neat envelope and thanked us for our time. My family and I weren't planning on having to buy another car so soon, so when we set out to look, we felt a little apprehension at having to deal with used car salesmen. From the first time we set foot on the lot to the time we drove away with our new car, the people at Coughlin Toyota were hands down the best. Cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future, definitely referring them to friends and family. More
