I purchased my Kia soul From Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster It took a whole day, the sales rep was tending to 5 customers but I wanted the car So I stuck it out. I always take my Kia to The service department It took a whole day, the sales rep was tending to 5 customers but I wanted the car So I stuck it out. I always take my Kia to The service department for all concerns and Service. I have had excellent Service with them until Today.... My appointment was for 700AM for an Oil Change 7/22/2022 it is nor 426PM 7/22/2022 and I do not have my car. I called service 4 times to finally get a call back to advise me that they had a call off.... I will not believe this is acceptable and I am not happy. Since Coughlin has taken over Matt Taylor Kia service has not been the same and I can say that the Guy who called me back was quit RUDE. More
