I wanted to tell you how happy I am with my experience at Crown. I had been trying to work with another Kia dealer in my area to buy a new car and I was not happy with them at all. The long and short of it was that they didn't find the car I wanted and tried for a week to talk me into something I didn't want. That's when I decided to either find the car myself or find someone willing to do it. I searched the inventory of a lot of Kia dealers in Ohio and found what I thought may be the car I wanted at Crown. When I called to inquire, I was fortunate enough to get ahold of Luke Flowers. He was friendly, professional and efficient. While Crown did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot, Luke was able to find it for me in less than 15 minutes! He made sure I was getting the car I wanted with all the options at a fair price and a good interest rate also. I had several phone conversations with Luke over the next few days and he was always prompt about returning my calls. The day I picked up my new Kia Soul, Luke and Dan Bray made my experience pleasurable. From going over every feature of my new car with Luke to signing all the paperwork with Dan, it was great! Dan made sure that I understood all insurance and warranty that was available to me and was very friendly and informative. I drove over 2 hours to buy my Soul from Luke and I'd do it all over again! The used car I was interested in was out of the range I was able to spend based on an insurance settlement I was receiving with and very personable. Rather than just let me walk away the day I test drove the car, she continued to work the transaction to the benefit of all parties involved.
