So far, I have no regrets on the Sorento, and with with "Frankenstorm" bringing blizzards, floods, and locusts, I am much happier to have the AWD with locking diff on the Sorento than the FWD on the Soul. Kathy and the team did a great job in getting me a good deal. I don't remember the name of the young man who assisted me with the drive home to return the car I already owned - I believe it was Scott. He was a tremendous help as well. All in all, a good experience and one I will share with others. More

My boyfriend and I went to the dealership last Saturday with the intention of only looking at cars and not purchasing. Test drove a Honda Civic and the experience stuck with me causing me to drive the 1 hour commute again. Im glad I did, Doug Carmean (sales associate) understood my situation and the price I was trying to sti causing me to drive the 1 hour commute again. I about walked out without the vehicle (I would have been very upset not getting the vehicle I came for) but Doug wanted me to meet the Dealer manager and we came to an understanding and an agreed price. The customer service was great, they took the new vehicle in for 1 more detail cleaning, transferred my plates, and filled the gas tank.
