I have given my salesman, Scott Worman and the dealership a 5 because of how well I was treated when I came there to buy a car. They had a 2011 Kia Sorento on their lot and I really liked it but honestly, i a 5 because of how well I was treated when I came there to buy a car. They had a 2011 Kia Sorento on their lot and I really liked it but honestly, it was just too expensive. Scott called me and let me know that another 2011 had come in and though it was suitable. He met me at Crown Fiat and arranged a test drive. It had everything I needed and more. He took the time to explain every feature on what would be my new Sorento I contacted my credit union to see if a purchase was feasible. I was approved but at a somewhat higher interest rate than I had hoped. Scott introduced me to the finance director, Jan Rife. He lowered my interest rate by almost 2% Every step of the process went smoothly and felt welcomed by Scott and everyone I met. I look forward to showing off my Sorento at work Monday. I will recommend Crown Kia and Scott to anyone who's looking for a car More
The Crown Kia staff and Dennis Hunter made buying a new Optima a pleasant experience. The price was great and the staff made sure we received all the rebates possible from Kia and that the paper work process went smoothly. Stopped by the dealership today to look at Kia Soul. Entered salesroom, which was somewhat dark and crowded with vehicles. I said I saw the Kia Soul at the Auto Show and wanted to see it close-up and take a ride. I was shown a very nice Soul just outside the dealership. I asked the difference between the Plus and the Exclaim. I was told the Exclaim had everything...which was not a satisfying answer. We got in the car and were given a cursory overview of the interior. Little was explained about any special features of the car...my wife actually found more information about the car in the owner's manual. All I was told about the sound system was that if I declined the Sirius radio after 3 months, Sirius usually called and gave a better deal. I would have liked to know about the UVO system, but nothing was said. The salesperson got a key, handed it to me with a business card and suggested I take the car up to Rt. 42 and back. I really liked driving the car and we figured out many of the features on our own. Couldn't get the speaker light system to work, and the manual was not clear about it...that was our only problem. Drove the car back, the salesperson asked if I wanted to buy the car today...I said no, I wanted to look at Subaru & Honda. I handed him the key and we left. It really didn't seem like the salesman wanted to sell us the car. I was never asked for our last name and no record was made of our visit. We were not impressed with the dealership and I will look at other dealers to purchase a Kia Soul. Actually, we got more information about the car from the Actor/Spokesman at the auto show than from this dealer. I was not offered any brochures or other written information about the car. More
I recently had my 2011 Kia Sportage serviced at this dealership and had a wonderful experience. The young lady, Angela, provided service with a smile. Went in to crown looking to see what they had to offer for used trucks. Went in and met with Chris Stewart he helped me look through the used inventory for all of the crown stores. Chris was able to answer any questions that I had about any trucks on the lot. Found a truck that I wanted and went on a test drive. Chris answered all my questions about the vehicle or the buying process. Over all was a great experience and will be my first choice on places to go for another vehicle in the future. More

Jake did a great job of seeing the sales process through from beginning to end. I am probably a little more needy than most, but he did a great job of accomodating almost all requests! Let me start off by saying, my husband and I were VERY pleased with the attention and professionalism we received from Mike Mastracci. As soon as I emailed the dealership with my questions, Mike was quick to respond. I knew what type of vehicle I was looking for, and he was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, and Mike exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and made me feel confident with my car buying decision. When we returned to sign our paperwork, we brought our children along, and he catered to them, and made our process as smooth as possible. He introduced us to Jeff, who was very friendly as well. Jan Rife helped us with our paperwork, and it was a quick process...who knew?! I am definitely recommending anyone I know who is "car shopping" to give Mike a call! I feel confident he will make their experience as wonderful as ours was! More
I had recently sold my vehicle and was in the market for a new Kia Sorento. I searched locally (20-30 minutes away), but found nothing that suited my taste nor price. I went on Kia's website and did an inventory search. I couldn't believe it. I had found the perfect vehicle. I went to Crown Kia's website, used the chat feature, and about ten minutes later, Dennis had called me confirming that they did in fact still have the vehicle I wanted. He even sent me a short video so I could see it in "person". This was really helpful as we live an hour and a half away from the dealership. We worked out everything on the phone. Two days later, I went to pick up my new vehicle. Paperwork was ready to go, my car was shining bright INSIDE and warm, and gased up ready to go. My visit there took only about a half hour and we were on our way back home with my new Kia. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and welcoming. I will certainly recommend Crown Kia as well as Dennis Hunter. Best transaction we've had with a dealership! More
