I've visited more than a half dozen dealerships searching for the right car to replace my Prius lease. However, at Crown Kia, Michael Mastracci made my sister and I feel as though we were as important as someone looking to buy a fleet of cars, rather than just one!! At other dealerships, the quality of the sales force did not impress as much as did Michael Mastracci. Michael's style was relaxed, yet knowledgeable; friendly, yet commanding, attentive, while making certain one hears what Kia Optima offers versus other makes, and finally he makes certain that you have an experience with this dealership that is incomparable to any other!!, I was impressed with the Optima, but Michael clinched the deal!! Mike Mastracci was incredibly helpful. He did not discount me despite the fact that I am a straight commissioned, single parent. Jake Collier was great to work from the very first visit to the time we walked out the door with the car. So was the Manager and the Business Manager. Now we are a 2 Kia family!
