I visited Crown Kia after hearing about the 2014 Cadenza and I was completely suprised by how much this car offered for the value. I wasn't sure if I wanted full size or mid-size, hybrid or not. Michael Mastracci listened to what I was looking for and gave me options to consider. Multiple cars, multiple trims and we drove everything including taking one car for a few hours and another overnight. Mike clearly wanted me to be their first Cadenza buyer, but he wasn't too pushy and put appropriate options on the table based on what I told him. I was actually at the end of my search and had not even considered Kia. I visited 5 dealers, in what turned out to be the weekend I made my decision, including Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Ford and VW. My best experience at any of the dealers was at Kia with Mike. When I changed my mind about the interior color I wanted, Mike drove to the other dealer to pickup the car to save the cost of a dealer trade and get me the car I wanted. Scott took me on a test drive in a Kia Soul but the engine really did not have the pep I wanted. He patiently arranged test dives in two more until I found the exact color and options that I wanted. My twin sister called me on Thursday, May 23, 2013 to le me know that she had purchased the Optima Hybrid from Mike Mastracci at Crown Kia. I had suggested the Optima to her - she actually was going to get me know that she had purchased the Optima Hybrid from Mike Mastracci at Crown Kia. I had suggested the Optima to her - she actually was going to get the Kia Soul, as I was considering the Hybrid. She let me know how wonderful it was to deal with Michael Mastracci and that I should consider coming to Columbus to purchase my car and work with him. Well, Mike and I started texting one another that sameThursday and continued to correspond until 10:30 pm that night about the my car that I would be trading in (a 545i BMW)) and what I was looking for in color combinations in the new Optima. Well, he must have worked all night because the next morning at 9:30 he called me at work to let me know that he located the exact car that I wanted. A dealer trade was made and I drove to Columbus on Saturday and drove back home on Sunday in my new Kia Optima Hybrid. I want to mention that working with Mike was a real delight. He was very knowledgeable about all facets of the car - inside and out. He put me at ease when I had to give up my beloved BMW - I've had 5 of them and moving into another type of auto all together was a bit overwhelming. With all of that being said, I'm so happy with my decision and absolutely love the car.
