I spoke to Mr. Worman becuase the "internet price" was $4,000 less than the MSRP and the website did not explain why. He said (in email) that he would do that price if I could show verification of a competative car (which I can per the Kia website). After several emails and phone conversations, Scott said he had talked to his manager and got a verbal approval and I should come in to finish the process. I found out that Scott (or his manager) had lied because they gave me an astronomical price. He flat out lied to me about the "internet price" and wasted my time. On a positive note, you all should know that I went to Ricart Kia and they are selling me an SX turbo model (I was only looking at the cheaper EX above) for cheaper than Crown offered me on the EX model. Shame on your dealership for lying to me. At least Ricart is willing to deal and has been upfront and honest. More

I recently was in the market for a new car and Mike Mastracci definitely helped get me into the right vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about cars and offered good comparisons to other makes and models which helped me in my final decision. He helped me through the paperwork and financials and listened to be sure I left satisfied with my purchase. Mike took the time to show me many of the great features of my new shiny vehicle which was wonderful. Being new in town, the idea of finding a good dealership was intimidating. Mike came to me highly recommended and now I cannot recommend Mike enough to anyone shopping for a vehicle - he has a no pressure, relaxed and honest sales style which is very refreshing. I would go out of my way to buy another car from Mike and have already recommended him to friends who have just started their search for the perfect vehicle. More

Everybody was really knowledgeable and more than willing to help and answer any questions i had but i have to say, the one employee that went out of her way to help me was angela robinson. She was the nicest and sweetest person ever. I can be quite the pain in the butt with all my questions and such but she was wonderfull. Very good customer service and the type of person i love to deal with in situations like this.
