Needed an oil change. Daniel Harris also informed me when I checked in that a recall repair was needed. He got it taken care of and set up the shuttle for me and Alex Greenland had the Telluride ready and wa I checked in that a recall repair was needed. BUYERS BEWARE! I went to Crown Kia interested in trading in my 2019 Kia Stinger for a new 2021 Kia Stinger. We were greeted by Leesha Fuentes. I explained I wanted to test drive the 2021 Stinger and get m in my 2019 Kia Stinger for a new 2021 Kia Stinger. We were greeted by Leesha Fuentes. I explained I wanted to test drive the 2021 Stinger and get my 2019 appraised. Leesha gave us the keys to the 2021 Kia to look at. It was completely covered in snow so my boyfriend had to clean it off with our own scraper so we could get inside of it. We had to maneuver it out of the spot it was in by the dealership front door so we could test drive, no assistance from Leesha. The car had 10 miles to empty and when I first told Leesha she said, “don’t go far.” We told another employee who was appraising my car and Leesha then came out and said, “we will get some gas in this hang tight.” Leesha forgot to put a dealership plate on the vehicle during our test drive. Gold star customer service…Upon our return, Leesha had ran what my payoff was for my 2019 Kia Stinger WITHOUT my authorization or asking me before doing so, no documents shown to me- which I’m pretty sure cannot be legal. To make a long story short, I declined the number they gave me for my Stinger and left since I received higher offers from other dealers. Which Leesha was completely disrespectful about and didn’t believe. After I left, Leesha ran outside to my car to offer me $2500 more and asked we come inside to speak with “her manager” and that he had “great things to explain about the numbers.” She gave me a story about how she was a medical assistant before this and was only here at this location for 2 weeks, but mind you I was never asked one thing about myself but learned more about Leesha… After coming inside the manager gave me the SAME offer I originally declined and said it was a “miscommunication on my end.” I’m not sure how Leesha running out to offer me more and to please come inside so management can gain my business is a miscommunication on my end...They refused to provide any paperwork for me to think it over and Leesha said they “don’t do that at their dealership.” Seems shady to me. I explained to Leesha too many times to count that I am going to purchase a vehicle on Monday, but she continued to tell management different or leave out that detail. When speaking with the manager and Leesha, Leesha explained “I am deaf in one ear” as her reasoning for not telling her manager there wouldn’t be a deal today. Sounds more like selective hearing to me since she literally heard every other detail just fine. Being in sales myself, Leesha needs some serious training on customer service. Overall, they completely wasted my time and were argumentative. They were not ok with the fact that I didn’t want their offer. I’ve never had a dealership be so rude and disrespectful to a potential customer. Instead of driving 2 miles away to purchase a new vehicle from Crown I am now driving over 100 miles to purchase the same vehicle elsewhere from a dealer that deserves my money. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. More

Our recent purchase of a Kia Sorento SX-Prestige X-line was our second vehicle from Crown Kia of Dublin. Peyton Seay was our sales consultant.
