Mark and Jarred did a great job showing my wife and I several Kia Sorento's. We arrived late in the evening, and everyone was really patient throughout the process. Mark and Jarred walked us through the several Kia Sorento's. We arrived late in the evening, and everyone was really patient throughout the process. Mark and Jarred walked us through the differences between the models, and answered all of our questions. My trade-in was taken in without issue and all vehicles were very competitively priced. Bob helped us make the final decision between the models and shared some great conversation while documents were drawn up. Lenny stayed late to finish the deal for us and was a pleasure. Collin did a stellar job detailing the car and was still at it at nearly 10pm. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Crown, and each of the individuals listed herein. Thanks guys ! More

Alex was extremely helpful from the very first conversation we had with him over the phone. What impressed me the most was how he took the time to find out what issues we were experiencing and ga conversation we had with him over the phone. What impressed me the most was how he took the time to find out what issues we were experiencing and gave us detailed advice as to what to do with our van before we brought it in for service. Also, Charlie, the shuttle driver, was extremely friendly and made sure I made it to work on time. My experience with this Kia dealership is the best one I've had with any Kia dealership thus far. I've already mentioned this to several people. We will definitely consider coming back to Crown Kia. More
