Great Expereince! Mark was fantastic the minute I walked in the door. It was very easy to talk to him, he was just as genuinely excited about the process as i was. I had a great time in my test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the 2014 Forte5 EX I was looking at as well as being an enjoyable passenger and having good conversation. I definitely reccomend you ask for Mark when you go to Crown for your new Kia. Brian was part of the price negotiation (I think he is the sales manager). He was also very understanding when it came to negotiating the final price of the car and was a pleasure to work with. Lenny helped us with the Fianancing paperwork and was very informative, efficient, and enjoyable even though we were there past 7 (close at 6) on a Saturday. After all the paperwork was done (keep in mind 1+ hours after close) Mark helped me set up all the electronic services, including the UVO and connected it to my phone for me so I didn't have to do anything! I recently stopped into crown kia to get my sorento checked out. My check engine light came on while visiting some friends in the columbus area. Alex and the whole service crew were outstanding.
