He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Additionally, he was always taking the initiative to call me and give me an update on the status of my service. I am gratefully that I did not have to contact him or wait on a call. Additionally, I worked with a Mr. Richard Snyder with some follow up and routine service work after the warranty work. Again I was treated very well and kept informed. I appreciate a dealership that takes care of its customers, especially after the sale. I also appreciate that each took the time to educate me on the process and the mechanical issues (especially since I am mechanically challenged.
