Always doing Great Job! I rarely bring my kia soul at Crown Kia Service because it is opposite way to my work. But the service team is always doing great job. Last time the technician broken my driver side door sun visor that had already cracked. They order new set of sun visor (4 pieces) and installed for me without any charge of money. Kia Crown service team is very kind, doing great job. The price is also very reasonable. I will bring here for my soul maintenance as much as I can. Highly recommended. Thanks. More

Great Buying Experience with Tommy Williamson I worked with Tommy Williamson and was very pleased to have gotten him as my sales associate for this visit. I visited several other manufacturer's de I worked with Tommy Williamson and was very pleased to have gotten him as my sales associate for this visit. I visited several other manufacturer's dealerships while looking for a new car and Tommy was by far the most helpful staff member that I worked with. He was happy to answer the myriad of questions that my sister and I asked (Many of which were likely annoyingly repetitive) and seemed to have a very strong knowledge of the models were were considering. From what I recall, he was only unsure of one very minor, frankly silly optional feature (Speaker Lights) and even then he made sure to follow up with me on the phone within a few days of my purchase to make sure that I had figured everything out. Aside from that, he never had to reference the literature to demonstrate or recall any of the features we were discussing and was able to walk me through the entire Navigation Package without a hitch, which is a pretty substantial feature set. He also displayed hands-on experience with the cars that I had not seen in any of my other visits to other manufacturer's dealerships, which was a nice change from having to figure out each model's quirks on our own. I appreciated how friendly and courteous he was while still making things feel casual and fun. He didn't try to push options or specific models on us and instead made sure that we knew what the options were for features that we described as being important to us. Most of all, I appreciate how ready he was to help quantify the options and provide us with enough information to make a good decision. I will definitely be recommending Crown Kia and Tommy Williamson specifically to anyone I meet who is looking for a car. More
