My recent service visit Recently had my Kia serviced at Crown Kia and I must say I walked away very pleased. This was the first time I have used this facility as I have used other dealerships in the Columbus area prior to coming to Crown. Crown was by far the best of the Kia dealerships I have been to. They are extremely friendly and seems like everyone is smiling. As for the service, they were fast, answered all my questions and completely everything I asked of them. I'm very picky with my car and to walk away satisfied is difficult for me. Thanks again for all your help and you guys have yourself a new customer!!!! More

tim, had recalls performed I have never had such nice people to deal with. not only did they performed the recalls but performed a free inspection to let me know of any issues t I have never had such nice people to deal with. not only did they performed the recalls but performed a free inspection to let me know of any issues that may come up in the near future . What a great service they performed . I rate this kia dealership 5 stars . also they provided me with a shuttle service so i didn't have to wait there & could wait in the comfort of my own home, hats off to you ;-) More

Great service! Mike Mastracci helped me get into a new Optima a few months ago, so when it came time to get a car for our son, we went straight to Mike! Mike listene Mike Mastracci helped me get into a new Optima a few months ago, so when it came time to get a car for our son, we went straight to Mike! Mike listened to our needs and engaged our son in the buying process, and a few hours later, we drove out in a new Soul. Mike was awesome and I highly recommend Crown Kia of Dublin! More

We are not the type who enjoy haggling with salespersons, or being pressured to do something w We recently purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Crown Kia. We are not the type who enjoy haggling with salespersons, or being pressured to do something we are really not quite sure we want to do, and I am very pleased to say that neither of those were the case in our dealings with Jarrod Auten at Crown, Jarrod was extremely courteous, provided answers to all our questions, and best of all, gave us plenty of time in private to discuss the deal and what we wanted to do without a lot of pressure to do anything until we were ready. We especially appreciated Jarrod's positive approach to salesmanship - that is, he did not spend his time bashing other car brands or dealerships, but instead stressed the positive aspects of the Kia line and the Crown dealership. He spent a lot of time with us going over the features of our new car which was very helpful.. All in all, this was about as good as a car buying experience can be, More
