She arranged the work promptly, made me aware of other available options, and explained that the Car Wash was down for repairs and that I was welcome to come back any day for a free car wash when it was operational. And that I could call ahead to verify that it was operating. Brittany had a professional and courteous demeanor that was also warm and willing to be of service. The 4 stars is for the dealership; Brittany definitely gets 5 stars. More

I would like to go one step further by telling you I had no intention of buying a Kia! I really thought I wanted a Jeep.My husband had purchased a Kia just months before and loved it! So I agree to go and look at a Kia Sorento, that he had already found for me and went crazy about how it had it ALL, well I went and I met Mark Andrijowych which was the first major step, he was not like a lot of Sales Men, which was great because if he would have been a pushy one, I would have not bought a SUV from him. But Guess What I did , because Mark provided me with the information and unbelievable coverage and warranty, the rating on my Sorento was very impressive and the customer service he provides along with Steve and Jonathan exceeded my expectations. So glad I met Mark and he was the Sales gentleman that made it possible for me to feel comfortable with my purchase and knowledge on my vehicle.
