Excellent Customer Service I had been having problems with my front passenger seat since I bought my 2015 KIA Sorento (another dealership) - it would not move. It behaved as tho I had been having problems with my front passenger seat since I bought my 2015 KIA Sorento (another dealership) - it would not move. It behaved as though it were broken. I was on a tight schedule, so I didn't schedule additional time to have my seat looked at - only the standard oil and filter change. I mentioned the problem with my seat to Alex, and told him I'd need to schedule an appointment to have it looked at - as this is what was told to me by a different Kia Dealership. Alex took a look at it to quickly assess if it was truly broken. He put oil on the track the seat sits on, and with a great deal of pushing and pulling he was able to dislodge whatever was preventing it from moving. I am so grateful that Alex took the extra time to assess the problem with my seat, and then actually fix it - saving me another trip. Thank you so much Alex for what I believe to be outstanding customer service! More
Delightful Car Buying Experience My husband had just rented out a Kia for three weeks for work travels. He does this annually. Little did we know that later on his own car's muffler My husband had just rented out a Kia for three weeks for work travels. He does this annually. Little did we know that later on his own car's muffler became a mess he didn't want to place any more $$$ into his 15 yr old car. He wanted to get a Kia because it drove very well on his trip earlier and seats were comfortable. He said it was in his price range that he could afford. I wasn't real sure of the Kia and quickly drove out to Crown Kia since it was near my workplace and wanted to look more closely at the car. I walked in and briefly walked around and a fella with a smiling face from a room caught my eye and ask if he could help me! That started a very pleasing car experience. I explained to Mike my intentions and he showed me all aspects of the Kia and the 3 levels. He was very good in anwering my questions. I was actually excited and impressed of this line of car. My husband wanted a gray color and went outside and found exactly what he would want. We then returned 2 days later and bought the Kia. Got the clear coat next day and it really shined great. 3 hours is about all it took counting financial part and Mike reexplained so graciously to my husband the Kia and its parts and all interior bells and whistles before departing. I have bought 5 cars in my time and this by far was the easiest and least complicated experience . I will definately keep Crown Dublin in my thoughts when I decide to get another new car. Friendly service for oil change, brake, and tire check I went in for my oil change and Brittany was very friendly and helpful. I like that they offer to wash your car at the end too! My only "constructive criticism" was that when I called to make the appointment and also asked to have the car detailed, the person who took the call for the appointment was not very helpful or friendly. We are preparing for a baby so I wanted to have the car ready to put the seat in and start fresh. I just ended up saying "forget it just the oil change", because she did not seem willing to help me find a time that worked with my work schedule. That was a little disappointing. The people you deal with in the service area though are always very friendly. More
