This dealership/Service Center has taken great care of me and the two new 2018 Kias I bought from them a few years ago. The service events have all begun with a pleasant immediate greeting by a knowledgeable, cooperative, friendly Service Manager (in this case, Jesse Newland), and ended with a quick handling of closing paper work and a briefing of the service event by Service Manager as he led me to my freshly washed car parked in a spot amenable to an easy quick departure.
