camera not working I called early one morning to see if someone could check my backup camera before I went out of town. I was driving to Atlanta the next day and would b I called early one morning to see if someone could check my backup camera before I went out of town. I was driving to Atlanta the next day and would be gone for a month. They had a opening later that afternoon, so I took it in, and they had to order me a new camera that was still under warranty. Since I was going to be out of town for some time, they said they could hold on to it until I returned from my trip to install it. Shaquille the service rep helped me with my blue tooth phone setup for hands free driving. Yea! Now my son won't nag me about my talking on my phone while driving. I am a 67 yr.old widow, with 7grandkids. I can now drive to FL by way of Atlanta safely! More

Peyton was friendly and helpful and provided a nice informative environment in which to purchase a vehicle. I would recommend Peyton to anyone who was looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. In addition, Peyton introduced us to their finance manager, Joe Melfe, who was equal to the task of giving us a no pressure explanation of products to protect our purchase and completing our paperwork. . My experience at Crown Kia I went to Kia to look at the Niro. Peyton helped me. Same Day - New Tire My KIA Optima tire was damaged while driving. Roadside Assistance said it couldn't be repaired - I needed a new tire. I called Crown Kia and talked to My KIA Optima tire was damaged while driving. Roadside Assistance said it couldn't be repaired - I needed a new tire. I called Crown Kia and talked to service while I waiting on tow truck. I said I would arrive around 5 PM and asked if tire could be replaced. Service manger said if tire was in stock he could probably get a tech to stay late and complete process. I arrived about 5 PM; went to see service manager; he came out and noted tire needed. After tow truck dropped my car; went inside and service manager said they had tire and tech would stay to mount new tire. Used my warrantee for tire repair so only cost me $50 for NEW tire. I was in/out of service in 45 minutes. This was EXCELLENT Customer service. I called ahead so they knew I was coming; discussed with tech before I arrived and made it work for me. More
