Saved us NO money! Bought a $14,950 car from Mike. He did not help us get any money off of the car nor did he do any of the things we were under the impression he was do Bought a $14,950 car from Mike. He did not help us get any money off of the car nor did he do any of the things we were under the impression he was doing. Whole process was rushed. I have spent more time buying $100 dress than I did buying a $14,950 vehicle! I have a leased Kia Soul that had ONE more month on it and approx. $500 in repairs to the front bumper. I specifically said, "So if I buy this car from you then I will have two cars for a while?" Mike said, " No, you will leave your car here, we will ground it out and you will drive home in your new vehicle." The day we went back to "deal" or sign the papers, bc no dealing was done, I had taken everything out of it, cleaned it, ready to give it back. When we got to the dealer all Mike said was, " You make the repairs, make that last payment and bring it back and drop it off with us." So, I sit now with two cars in my one car driveway/garage. Still have one car payment left, and repairs and a $400 turn in fee. There is a recall on my new car and I asked Mike if they would take care of it b4 we drove it off the lot and he said," If that's what it takes to the sell the car, we will." Well, while signing papers Mike said," For that recall all you have to do is take it to a Nissan dealer and they will take care of it for you." What????? The new/used Nissan I got was a 2013. One owner not a lease. Resale value on it is $9,500-$10,500. Kelly Blue Book value (Fair market value) is $12,500-$14,500. Crown and Mike sold it to me for $14,900. They made approximately $4,000 off me! My father who is old and sick offered Mike $13,900. Over texts Mike said, "Sure I will run the numbers and come in and sign." When we got there to sign Mike had the papers all ready for their original asking price! He said, "Sorry, we could not do that, we just don't have that money in the car!" WHAT? He did not even come back with a counter offer and tell us what they were willing to sell at. He looked a little annoyed and just put a piece of paper and pen in front of my dad and said give us a number and sign and I will check. Ended up we got a whooping $250 off the car! Way to deal Crown. Crown made $4,000 off my car and they saved me $250!!! WOW! Thanks for the great deal Crown and Mike...NOT! Reason for 2 stars is Mike was personable and friendly and the finance guy, Avery, was wonderful! PS. Not sure they even took the $250 off bc asking price was $14 thousand and something AND my paper work says I paid $14,900????? Which is over Sug. retail price of $14,234. Make sure to do your homework (research) before heading to Crown in Dublin. PS. Don't think they post negative comments, but I have saved my review and will post other places as well, so maybe I can help others save some money. More
