Above and Beyond I recently had my used Kia Optima I purchased from another dealer serviced at Crown Kia of Dublin. I worked directly with Thomas Dick who was hands down the most helpful and friendly employee I have ever worked with in any service department. I had multiple issues with my Kia and Mr. Dick did everything in his power to make my experience with Crown Kia exceptional and affordable. He understood my financial situation and made the best of my experience by making the entire visit affordable, efficient, and timely. He was very knowledgable of the Kia make and models and provided relevant information regarding my specific vehicle. The work done to my Kia was beyond exceptional and my three to four visits were very comfortable with absolutely no issues. Mr. Dick was not only professional and efficient as a workplace professional, his demeanor and communication as a "person" was beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend any customer to Crown Kia of Dublin, and even more so, directly to Mr. Dick. More
