Dishonest I had a very negative experience with this dealership and with Julio Cruz, in particular. Julio made a verbal agreement about my trade in value and al I had a very negative experience with this dealership and with Julio Cruz, in particular. Julio made a verbal agreement about my trade in value and also promised that I would be able to put the balance of the purchase of the vehicle I was purchasing on my credit card in order to avoid a car loan. But when I got to the dealership, the salesman reneged on the promises he had made. I contacted the sales manager and president of the company, but they were not willing to honor what was promised either. I would never buy a car from this dealership again. More
