After a minor hiccup with the finance department I recieved financing for the vehicle as promised at hundreds under the quoted price which was already thousands under MSRP. Julio went the extra mile and mailed back my garage door oper and my PA Turnpike EZ-Pass which I had left in my trade in. My overall experience was excellent and the miscommunication with financing wasn't Julio's fault. The dealership did make things right for me in the end. I would go back. More

Excellent purchase experience I had my eyes firmly on 2018 Kia Rio S. Went right away after getting my license at 2pm on a weekday in March 2018. And the car was in my hands just in about 2 hours. My sales agent Mark Andrijowych was extremely helpful. He answered tonnes of my questions giving proper time. We did all paperwork & delivery the same day. I had came with my rental car. Mark & Crown Kia was kind enough to arrange a pick up back to the dealership after dropping my rental car around 4 miles from Crown Kia. Really appreciate his gesture. Overall a great purchase experience without being rushed into the things ! More
