New 2020 KIA Sorento Purchase My wife and I are the original owners of a 2011 KIA Sorento which we purchased from Crown KIA. We still love it and did not give it up as a trade-in. Based on our experience with our 2011 KIA Sorento we decided to look at the 2020 KIA Sorento for our new car purchase. We were assisted in our shopping and ultimate purchase by Dallah Abdelmajid. The shopping and purchase experience with Dallah was outstanding. We discussed our needs and wants and Dallah helped us identify the best model for us. He educated us and demonstrated the features that are new since our 2011 model. All-in-all it was an excellent experience and my wife and I are so happy to have met and had the assistance of Dallah. Crown Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. I came in without an appointment for an oil change last minute and they were able to get me in before my trip. It did take a little longer then nor I came in without an appointment for an oil change last minute and they were able to get me in before my trip. It did take a little longer then normal, but it was ok because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Thanks for getting me in for my trip.
