This was my first time buying a new car on my own. I was thinking that the experience was going to be unpleasant because of all the stories you hear about over zealous sales people. I must say that my experience at Crown Kia with Salesman Jeffery Henderson was very pleasant. He knew the product and explained everything in detail leaving me with no questions regarding my purchase. I am very pleased!! My neighbor is preparing to purchase a new car and I told him about my purchase from Crown Kia and the great service I received from Mr. Henderson. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Mr. Henderson was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. The use of the dealership's internet pricing saved me a lot of useless time negotiating at the dealership. It was truly a pleasant experience. I had researched several different vehicles online as well as asked around for several different suggestions as to who would be a 'trustworthy' dealership buy from. I went by myself for the first time to well as asked around for several different suggestions as to who would be a 'trustworthy' dealership buy from. I went by myself for the first time to Crown 'just to look' after work one evening a half hour prior to their scheduled time for closing. As soon as I stepped on the lot I was immediately comfortable with the level of customer service and Kadi was very helpful in listening to what I was actually looking for in a vehicle. By the time we test drove my Jeep and went over financing options it was well past closing time, but the customer service was still great. I could not be happier with the amount I received for my trade, as well as with the overall level of service. The level of service has not stopped, I've inquired about a few different accessories/parts to add on and have promptly gotten responses and prices. Could not ask for a better service. I can honestly say I will never drive anything but a Jeep, and I will not shop anywhere but Crown. THANK YOU!!! More
I have dealt with NUMEROUS dealers in the past and I will say without a doubt my experience with Crown Kia and Kirstin was the BEST I have ever experienced. I did an internet search late one night and received a phone call from her the next day. Everything she told me on the phone was exactly as it came down while at the dealership. I was given the top dollar for my trade-in and was shown the dealer invoice upon my request which matched with my printout from Edmunds on line. I have made a couple of trips back to Crown for parts (mud flaps, bug shield) and cannot be more pleased with the service and courtesy with which I was treated. I have recommended Crown Kia and specifically Kirstin to many people who are car shopping and when I am ready to buy another vehicle, I will head to Crown Kia first. More

The experience I had with Kadi and Crown Kia was not like anything I had read or heard. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone I met and dealt with were extremely professional and personable. I am the type of person that does not settle for less than perfect customer service!! I will (and already have) recommended Crown Kia and Kadi to people I know. My next vehicle will be a Kia and purchased at Crown (not that I am going to be looking anytime soon)! I love, love, love my Soul! Oh Yeah! I was pleased that not one single person was "pushy" with me. They let me make the decision instead of trying to make the decision for me. From the moment that I, Lillian A. and Paul E. Smith, called for some information as we were looking to buy a new car Lance was very helpful and assured me that he would match the price of another Kia de called for some information as we were looking to buy a new car Lance was very helpful and assured me that he would match the price of another Kia dealership. His attitude was positive, friendly, and assuring and this attitude had us coming to this dealer. When we arrived we spoke with Lance again and he introduced us to our sales person, Jack Hines, and we are so greatful for Jack as, he too, was forthright and knew everything there was to know about the Kia and our needs for a particular "fit". We both have health issues and needed certain features. Not a problem with Jack. He is very patient, as we took a long time in testing the vehicles and deciding. Well, Jack found our perfect car, the Optima. We bought the car, without finance, the same day! Unusual for us, but we, very soon, trusted Jack and Lance. We have had service and that aspect was fine as well and we will follow through with all the needed service at Crown Kia. Whenever, we come in we talk a bit to Lance and more than a bit to Jack as he always tells us something new about the Kia. We are very happy with this dealership and the two mentioned as well as service and other staff that we have met. This is a different brand car for us and we love it. We tell people about it and when they see it want to know about. So, all in all we find this group outstanding and we are so happy that we came to Kia. More
I took my Kia Optima in for what I thought would be warranty work. The left rear disc brakes were grinding and my car only had 43,000 miles on it and I've never gone through a set of front brakes yet. warranty work. Turns out they felt there was nothing wrong with it, just regular wear and tear. However they wanted to charge me $423.00 for new pads and new rotors. I took it somewhere else where I was told my emergency brake cable was just a bit too tight. They put on new pads and turned my rotors, the total cost was $89.00 and they fixed the actual problem. It was bad enough they were trying to get out of having to honor my 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty but they wanted to really take me for every penny on the repairs I shouldn't have had to pay for anyway. Oh well, I'll never go back. More
