I did not have a great experience at this dealership and was actually quite disappointed. In fact, had I been car shopping for myself, I would not have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I only made was actually quite disappointed. In fact, had I been car shopping for myself, I would not have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I only made the purchase because the vehicle was for my teenage daughter who really loved the car. I bought it solely based on my desire to make her happy. Our greeting by Mark, was not warm and and friendly. It was certainly atypical in comparison to multiple other interactions I have had with so many other car salesmen throughout my life. He was very cold, short and didn’t even introduce himself by name. I actually had to ask him his name after about a five minute conversation. From my past experiences in car buying, nearly every employee in the building at least tries to appear welcoming, by smiling or saying hello. No one did that, with the exception of the gentleman who helped us in the Finance Dept. I cannot recall his name, unfortunately , but I do appreciate the kindness he showed us. As for, the many other men I saw in the building, many of whom we came in rather close proximity with, there was no acknowledgement or even a friendly smile given. It truly felt as if we were not being taken serious or that Mark and the others were under the assumption that we could not afford the vehicle and would be wasting his time. Obviously, I don’t know what he was thinking, but he certainly came across that way, by his demeanor and somewhat rudeness. Needless to say, I have no future plans to buy another car at this dealership, nor will I recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors or anyone else. In my profession, I too provide customer service on a daily basis and I do my utmost to treat everyone with kindness and respect. I would never want my clients to leave feeling the way I felt after leaving the dealership that day! More
