Confidence I did not go to the dealership with the intention of buying a new Santa Fe. I simply took my 2014 Elantra in for service, as I have every 3 months sin I did not go to the dealership with the intention of buying a new Santa Fe. I simply took my 2014 Elantra in for service, as I have every 3 months since I purchased it. I was walking around and just keeping myself busy while I waited on my car. In doing so I sparked up a conversation with Joe. We stared talking about cars, of course. On e thing led to another and Joe said “ I can put you in a Santa Fe and keep your payments at or about the same as you are paying now”. He asked me if I would like that and well I left the dealership with the the new Santa Fe and very happy. Oh my Elantra was still in the service bay. So I guess you could say I went through the sales process faster than you can get an oil change. More

Very Happy with Purchase The dealership had a very competitive listing for the car and worked well with me over the phone to orchestrate my visit since I live 2 hours away. The salesman was very understanding of my husband and I needing to step in and out with our baby during the purchase process. The finance staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The car was delivered exactly as I expected and we did not have to waste our entire day at the dealership. Being that they are 2 hours away, I will be using a different Hyundai dealership for my service needs, but that is completely down to the distance and not a failing on Coughlin's end at all. More
