No one would give me anywhere near what I wanted for my trade, and I just got the feeling that the other dealers did not care at all. Shawn sold me my first Sonata back in 2012. So I went back. Shawn and his crew did not give up until we found that car that had the "WOW Factor"! So instead of me driving off in a Pre-Owned Sonata, he managed to get me into a brand new 2013 Sonata Turbo (yeah, it was the turbo that put a big smile on my face), and with the help of his finance guy Joe Eippert, we where able to get everything within a payment that I was comfortable with. Shawn and Joe both took the time to explain everything, from the warranty (what it covers, and what it doesn't), to the finance part, which I usually hate, but Joe made it really easy. By the time I left, I was VERY satisfied with the whole process. These guys don't give up until the customer is happy! IF anyone is looking for a good deal on a new, or used car, the drive to Coughlin Hyundai is worth it, I know for sure ill be back! More

Shawn helped me find a newer model of the same car with more options at a comparable price, which turned out to be a much better deal than any I could find in Columbus. Becky was a big help as well with getting the highest value out of any dealerships on my trade-in and the lowest price on a loaded 2013 Hyundai. On top of the amazing deal they were able to find me a lower interest rate then I could find calling all the lenders in my area prior to shopping for a car. Its not often you find dealerships that focus on customer experiences and offering the lowest prices to earn returned business over profit margins. Most dealerships I have came across look to make the most money possible on every deal without concern of a customer returning or looking out for the needs of the customer. Shawn and Becky were different, from the time I entered until the time I drove off in my new car they were there to help me find the car I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay (I did a lot of shopping and pricing of the car I bought before going to Coughlin Hyundai, and they were priced much lower). I was looking for a Truck in my price range and Shawn helped me out so much and found me a Great Truck that has been well taken care of.
