A pleasant, painless experience. I was having a bad two days - I found out my car was dying and I was very overwhelmed. I then went to Coughlin Hyundai and bought a new 2015 Sonata. I worked with Shawn Fosnaugh, with whom I've actually worked before. He was very pleasant to work with and made the process painless. He was able to work with the finance department to get my financing where it needed to be for my budget, and I actually had a pleasant interaction with the gentleman in the finance department. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals, as well as buying from Coughlin Hyundai. More

They weren't wrong, we were treated with the utmost respect and our salesman Caleb H. was great. We had called him before coming in and he was prepared for us and had two cars ready for us to look at. We bought one of them that night. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push things on us that we didn't want. The financing department was awesome and explained things very thoroughly. I would definitely go back to them for any future car purchases. Thank you all again it was a great experience. No Loaner cars available We bought my son a sonata. On his way home from South Carolina his check engine light came on. We took it to this dealership because it was still unde We bought my son a sonata. On his way home from South Carolina his check engine light came on. We took it to this dealership because it was still under warranty. They turned it off and said it was nothing. It came back on before we got home. We took it back and they said it would take a week to get the part and then they would have to send it to California. My son had to return to South Carolina for his teaching job and took my car. We have asked for a loaner they said none were available. How are we suppose to be with out a car for this lengthy period. After another request they did give us a loaner car. More

What a crazy day! Wednesday, May 21st. we went to Coughlin Hyundai for a scheduled oil change and while waiting, we went over to check out the new cars. We are leasing Wednesday, May 21st. we went to Coughlin Hyundai for a scheduled oil change and while waiting, we went over to check out the new cars. We are leasing, so we asked is it possible to trade up if we still have 6 months on our current lease? They said yes, let us see what kind of deal we can offer you. We were driving an Elantra Limited, getting excellent mileage, but it was going to need some things done that would cost us out-of-pocket. We were very shocked to be told they could move us up to a 2014 Sonata and our payment actually went down by a couple of dollars per month! We were very pleased and picked up the car 2 days later. What a deal!! We may sacrifice a few mpg, but a but more roomy inside, so we are very happy. Thank you Hyundai sales crew. The Martins More

Wayne was honest about not having handled a lease as of yet, but his manager, Becky Lancia, patiently educated/informed us together. We took a day to consider the deal & returned on the third day & met Joe Eippert in the Finance Dept., who was very prepared to close our deal. We were introduced to Audra in the Service Dept., and had the routine, no cost maintenance plan explained to us. More
