Chip went above and beyond to find my car. I had been to other dealers and was told no inventory and not able to order. After 3 months of this. I walked into Coughlin Hyundai and met Chip and I had been to other dealers and was told no inventory and not able to order. After 3 months of this. Dealership ran a separate hard inquiry credit check without my permission even though I was already approved through Capital One, and I specifically stated I DID NOT want them to run my credit through without my permission even though I was already approved through Capital One, and I specifically stated I DID NOT want them to run my credit through any other banks. They also low balled me BIG TIME on my trade in so they could offer it for sale for $4,000 more than they gave me. (They listed my trade in for hundreds more than I bought it for BRAND NEW 2 1/2 years ago!) Additionally, I STILL have not received my second key fob, which you're supposed to get when purchasing a brand new vehicle (2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited). They're no better than your typical dealership...straight con artists. Oh, and they said they "detailed" my car, but it still has residue all over the paint that I cannot get off myself. What a joke. Don't give these con artists your business. More
