He had it in stock and we actually made the deal over the phone. We live approx. 145 miles from dealership and pass a lot of Ford dealers on the way to Johnstown but we have found none to compare to the service which we receive at Coughlin. We were there for less than an hour and on our way back home. Local dealers said there was no way that you would honor what you had told me over the phone. Have to say that you once again lived up to our expectations. If we were placing a number rating it would be 110% satisfaction!!!! Thanks for the Great deal!!! Happy New Year!!! More
