I will never buy another Ford again thanks to Ford Coughlin. I bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta in November 2019. I bought an internet special but when I got to the dealership they had sold it to someone e Coughlin. I bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta in November 2019. I bought an internet special but when I got to the dealership they had sold it to someone else. It took them forever to find me another car. Then I was in an accident and the Gap Insurance I bought refused to pay for anything on my repair. Ended up having to pay for most of the repair out of pocket. After I fixed the car and driving it for 5 months I started having issues with losing antifreeze. Come to find out I may have a blown head gasket. The service department blamed the issue on the accident so Ford could get out of covering under my warranty. They quoted me over $7,000 dollars to replace the engine. So now basically I have a car that I purchased from them 15 months ago that is nothing more than a hunk of metal. On top of that every time I took my vehicle in for service they were rude and arrogant and talked down to me. Because of this experience with Coughlin Ford in Pataskala Ohio I will never buy another Ford in my lifetime or my children’s or grand children’s lifetime More
When I was looking for a new truck, Carl was fantastic. Carl kept telling me a 250 diesel would be plenty of power for my camper, but I kept insisting on a 350. I needed a duplicate key for a 2011 Ranger. I had a pair of aftermarket keys that were reviewed as a good option. Billie was very helpful in going through getting my key programmed, but there were problem of aftermarket keys that were reviewed as a good option. Billie was very helpful in going through getting my key programmed, but there were problems. The first was that Ford has a set limit on how many duplicate keys can ever be made, so my keys wouldn't program. She ordered me a Ford key, and I had to come back a second time. This time the key got programmed (after over-riding the Ford limit), but my after market key was still no good. In the end, a lot of time and $128 simply for a duplicate key. I am probably not going to buy Ford products after this. More
